On Thursday, there was a party at the recreation center celebrating Dean West’s
time with the City’s Public Works Department as Head Mechanic. Dean will
have been with the city for 23 years (if we round up by 5 days) and has helped
see the City prosper throughout that time. He served as a member of the IHBVFD
working alongside friends and serving the community as an emergency responder.
